Product availability: artworks listed for sale may become unavailable after purchase or removal by admin.

Customers may hire artists through the platform for custom work. Both customers and artists agree to communicate professionally, respect project timelines, and provide accurate project details. Evolve Art Studio may monitor hiring activities to prevent fraud or abuse.
Payments must be made through approved platform payment methods.
Artists agree not to circumvent platform commission or payment procedures.
Refund requests are subject to admin review and platform policies.
Users must not upload stolen or copyrighted artworks without permission, use fake identities, harass other users, post offensive or illegal content, attempt fraud or scams, misuse website data, attempt unauthorized access or hacking, or conduct unauthorized sales outside the platform. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
Artists retain ownership of their original artworks. By uploading content, artists grant Evolve Art Studio permission to display artworks on the platform, promote artworks for marketing purposes, and use uploaded content for platform-related activities. Copyright violations may result in immediate content removal.
